Explore Your Values with AI

What do you truly value?

Most approaches to discovering your personal values begin with a list: achievement, family, freedom, integrity, security, service, and dozens of other attractive words.

But what if you don’t begin with a list?

Invaluable: Achieving Clarity on Value takes a different approach. Instead of asking you to select the values that sound right, it invites you to inquire into your own experiences, emotions, actions, and reasoning to discover what actually matters to you.

These AI companions offer a conversational way to begin that inquiry.

A conversation about your values

The experience is designed to help you explore questions such as:

  • What experiences have been deeply meaningful to me?
  • What do my emotional responses reveal about what I value?
  • What do my choices and habits reveal?
  • What do I believe I ought to value?
  • Where might several values be connected?
  • How might greater clarity about my values help with a difficult decision?

There is no predetermined set of “correct” values you are expected to discover, and no list you are required to choose from.

The goal is inquiry.

What is values mapping?

A value rarely exists in isolation. Something you value may serve something deeper, while other values may help bring it about.

The Values Blueprint developed in Invaluable provides a way to explore these relationships. Rather than producing a flat list of “core values,” values mapping asks how the things that matter to you relate to one another.

The AI companions are intended to help you explore this terrain conversationally.

A companion, not an authority

These AI experiences are companions to the ideas in Invaluable, not substitutes for your own judgment.

AI systems can misunderstand what you say, make unwarranted inferences, or generate inaccurate information. You remain the authority on your own experience. Treat the conversation as an invitation to reflect, question, and inquire rather than as an assessment of who you are or what you should value.

You also do not need to share anything you would prefer to keep private.

If the experience is useful to you, I would love to hear about it through the Contact page.
